Please take note:
Bookings are confirmed on a first-completed, first-secured basis. A booking is only confirmed once RoseSerene Studio has received all required booking items: Proof of Payment (POP), signed invoice and signed Terms & Conditions. An enquiry, quotation or invoice alone does not reserve a date or appointment.
Wedding Bookings: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required upfront to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 14 working days before the wedding.
Weddings booked less than three (3) months before the event: Full payment is required upfront, together with the signed invoice and signed Terms & Conditions, to confirm and secure the booking.
Special Occasion Bookings: Full payment is required upfront and is non-refundable. Once confirmed, the allocated date and time are reserved for your booking and RoseSerene Studio may decline other wedding, bridal or special occasion bookings in order to honour this commitment.
Glam & Go Appointments: Full payment is required upfront and is non-refundable. Your allocated appointment date and time are reserved exclusively for your confirmed booking and may result in other booking opportunities being declined.

Select the bridal collection that best matches your wedding party, then add any extra services required. If your added attendants bring the booking into the next listed collection size, the calculator will automatically move your estimate to that collection.
Additional return travel beyond 60 km is charged at R7/km. If unusually restricted timings require artists beyond the package allocation, each additional assistant artist is R1,500.
