Every bride receives the complete RoseSerene Signature Experience, regardless of the collection selected.

This includes your Bridal Preview, personalised preparation guidance, luxury wedding-day hair & makeup artistry, premium products and lashes, Skin Ritual & Massage, final touch-ups, Signature Touch-Up Kit and my dedicated time, care and attention.

Your collection is then determined by the size of your bridal party:

Bride Only — The complete Signature Experience exclusively for the bride.

Bride + 3 — The Signature Experience for the bride, plus hair & makeup services for up to 3 additional ladies with one additional artist.

Bride + 5 — The Signature Experience for the bride, plus hair & makeup services for up to 5 additional ladies, with the 2 additional artists required.

Bride + 7 — The Signature Experience for the bride, plus hair & makeup services for up to 7 additional ladies, with the larger professional team of 3 assistants.

Additional attendants may be accommodated subject to availability and will automatically move the booking into the appropriate collection where applicable.

Should a package with an entourage be booked, kindly note confirmed package value cannot be reduced after booking should your entourage size decrease.

Time is limited on the wedding day, so it is best to have a clear idea of what to expect to avoid any disappointment or last-minute changes.
Bridal trials are included in my packages.

By the time your wedding day arrives, everything has been streamlined, perfected, and planned — giving you complete confidence and a beautifully seamless, stress-free experience.

I allocate a time allowance on the wedding day of 3 hours to complete your Bridal Makeup & Hairstyling.

Bridal party members makeup takes 45 mins, and bridal party members time allowance for their chosen hairstyle is also 45 mins.

Yes we do! We offer packages for your whole entourage.

Kindly note: To honour the bride’s once-in-a-lifetime moment, all signature and extravagant styles are reserved solely for her.
Bridal party members receive beautifully polished looks, however we do not replicate bridal-level styling, ensuring the bride remains the centre of elegance and attention.

We use a curated selection of Luxury high-quality Professional and International products to ensure a flawless, long-lasting finish.

If you have any known allergies or skin sensitivities, please inform us prior to your trial or event so we can make appropriate adjustments.

While every precaution is taken to ensure your safety and comfort, Rose Serene Studio cannot be held responsible for any skin reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or sensitivities.

If you prefer to have us use your own products, please do bring them along and we will have no problem working with them to create your desired look.

1. Full payment is required upfront for all SPECIAL EVENTS and GLAM&GO’s, As well as WEDDINGS OCCURRING WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF BOOKING.

2. ALL WEDDINGS: A 50% Non-refundable Reservation Fee will be required upfront to secure your wedding date, and the remainder 14 working days before the wedding.

3. Upon booking, a specific date will be agreed upon, while all other potential dates will remain available for other clients.

4. Terms and conditions apply and must be signed and received along with the POP

Should you need to postpone or reschedule your event, penalties may apply to reflect the loss of opportunity and reserved time, as other bookings are declined once your date is confirmed.

Any services already rendered are 100% non-refundable, regardless of timing.

Makeup: Please ensure your skin is clean and free of makeup. Use your daily moisturizer. Any unwanted hair must please be removed in advance, ie: brows, lip etc. This give a more polished finish as powders grip to hair and show up more. Please try and wear white or a colour similar to your wedding dress as it gives you a better idea of the end look.

Hair: Please wash your hair well the day before, and blow-dry it smooth with a brush, please avoid using a straightener (This helps to ensure the curls are frizz free and long-lasting) do not use any heavy cream products, gel, or dry shampoo after washing your hair.

Yes, we love reference photos! Always be realistic when choosing reference pics of what you have in mind for your hair and makeup.

Take into account your facial features, skin tone, hair colour, length and thickness. Makeup will look different on a pale skin vs tanned and hooded eyes vs almond eyes etc.

Hair will always be shorter when curled. If you choose a big volume hairstyle, but have thin hair you definitely will need extensions. Be mindful of having realistic expectations.

Our makeup application is designed for beautiful, long-lasting wear, using professional techniques and high-performance products selected to give your makeup the best possible longevity throughout your wedding day.

However, makeup is not permanent, and some natural wear throughout the day is normal and unavoidable. Skin is a living surface — natural oils, perspiration, tears, heat, humidity, eating, drinking, kissing and general movement can all gradually affect the appearance and wear of makeup.

While we take every reasonable care to prepare the skin appropriately and maximise the durability of your makeup, we cannot guarantee that makeup will remain completely unchanged or flawless for the entire day, nor can Rose Serene Studio be held liable for normal wear and tear after the service has been completed.

Longevity may also be affected by excessive touching, rubbing or wiping of the face, tears, perspiration, environmental conditions, or the application of additional skincare or makeup products after your appointment.

Our commitment is to use our professional skill, experience and products to give your makeup the best possible finish and longevity, while recognising that a degree of natural wear during the course of the day is entirely normal.

Yes we are inclusive when it comes to our makeup and hairstyling.

However please note: we do not work on synthetic hair, only 100% human hair, and we do not do wig instillations.

Brides who wish to have more personalized experience, and make a deliberate choice to prioritize themselves on the day.

I offer a Premium bespoke bridal experience THE RADIANT BLOOM. It allows for a dedicated focus on refining every detail of your appearance, ensuring that you feel unique and cherished on your special day.

By eliminating distractions, you can fully immerse yourself in the wedding day.

As I prefer to be able to spend quality time perfecting the brides look as well as her most important ladies at the wedding. (No bride wants to have her hair and makeup rushed.)

Where service numbers, venue access or the required completion time necessitate additional professional artists, RoseSerene Studio will determine the appropriate team allocation. Required artist capacity is incorporated into the applicable bridal collection and/or quotation.

Where additional requested services increase the booking into the service capacity of the next Bridal Collection, the booking will automatically be upgraded to the applicable collection rather than priced as individual add-on services.

Early Start Policy

I am always happy to begin earlier than usual to ensure your wedding morning flows calmly and beautifully. Early starts are never a problem and are part of the dedicated service I provide for my brides.

However, if your venue requires more than an hour of travel before sunrise or if the route is considered unsafe to drive in the early hours, overnight accommodation will be required the night before.
This ensures:

• Your safety and mine

• A punctual, stress-free start

• The quality and reliability of your bridal beauty experience

My priority is to arrive relaxed, prepared, and fully dedicated to you — no rushing, no risk, and no compromise.

The generous time allocated within your bridal schedule allows me the freedom to work calmly and give additional attention to details when needed, without creating the rushed experience of a standard appointment.

However, while I understand that unforeseen delays can happen, your booking is contracted for a specific allocated period of time and is not an open-ended appointment. Generous time should therefore not be interpreted as unlimited availability beyond the agreed schedule.

As you may not be my only client booked on the day, all clients are required to adhere to their agreed timeline. Should circumstances on the day require me to remain beyond the contracted booking period, additional time will be subject to my availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Where I am able to accommodate an extension, additional time will be charged at R1,000 per hour, or part thereof, payable upfront before the additional time is provided.

If I have another booking or commitment and am unable to extend the appointment, the service will need to conclude at the originally contracted end time.

I allocate my time carefully to every client and kindly ask that the agreed schedule is respected so that I can provide the same level of care, professionalism and punctuality to everyone I serve.
